The storms raged, and the doorway led back across the gulf of space and time to the invisible side, but only when the whole and all worked together, the natives and the whites, and spirit and the dark, respecting earth and each other, would the storm end, and the secrets be available for men. All my lifetimes I have found the retaining of the old teaching that never dies, and the protecting of the noble path, the quiet, the humble, the need of love as a christian or as an Indian, and even as an Indian Christian, so now even as the white man has won, we still see today how he speaks with forked tonque, and even the great father Bush cannot deny, something is awry when all the people must learn such patience, and such ignoble searches. Yet it is now the white man himself who undergoes his own discipline of prison, money, and control. This is the paradox, come full circle, as crazy horse`s revenge, so to speak, even if it is clear crazy horse would likely not wish any form of revenge for he understood the law of cause and effect and retribution is not his, but the main principle of the lower world. We do not need to be caught up in the strange or the unwise if we just so choose. In this truth, Crazy Horse ascended and yet still lives with us all. As another representative of the ever living One Master who is with all, moslem, jew, or christian, ascetic, or agnostic, and the new age or spiritualist too. Love be with all. Crazy Horse was humble, quiet, self-effacing, always learning the ways of the spirit and watching over his people, taking long rides out into the night, alone, or going on vision quests to answer his questions. Sometimes the answers did not come, and even then, he trusted. He was not a large man, under 6` and slim, with light colored hair unusual for his Lakota Sioux tribe. Today there is a monument being built in the Black Hills of South Dakota and the Museum at the site is very interesting. Proceeds go to the building of the monument, which is much larger than Mr. Rushmore nearby. Crazy Horse is one of many spiritual leaders of his people. The book "Crazy Horse" by Mari Sandoz is a classic!
